Three meals a day, with diversified menus constructed by registered dieticians, are served in two neat dining-rooms, while refreshments are regularly served in the bedrooms between meals. The Home also has an effective laundry where the residents (in the different sections) clothes are laundered by turn. Other services rendered are hairdressing, pedicure and the taking of blood pressure and blood-sugar tests.
The danger of power failure is averted by a functional generator which switches on automatically as soon as there is a power failure.
Free weekly transport to and from town is another service offered to those who lack transport. A minimum fee is asked for transport for other purposes, e.g. to a doctor's consulting rooms at other times during the week.
